The government strongly supports every citizen to get education as high as possible and giving scholarship as a program to help increase the quality of citizen’s education. Then one of problem that arise in distribution of scholarship is how to select students who is capable and apporiate to get scholarship. This research was conducted to find out the use of Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in scholarship selection process through Decision Support System (DSS). The result can be used as tool to support making decision for the team in University that assigned to perform the selection process. 摘要
1945年德国宪法规定，公民的权利之一是接受良好的教育。政府大力支持每一个公民得到尽可能高的教育，并提供奖学金作为一个项目，以帮助提高公民的教育质量。那么在奖学金分配中出现的一个问题就是如何选择有能力和适合获得奖学金的学生。本研究旨在透过决策支援系统(Decision Support System, DSS)，找出TOPSIS方法在奖学金选择过程中的运用。结果可以作为工具，以支持在大学的团队，分配执行选择过程的决策。关键词:奖学金，选拔，学生，TOPSIS
