本文基于交易成本理论，研究了技术能力与跨国公司技术许可策略之间的关系。利用2005-2006年中国国际专利许可的数据，研究了技术差距对许可合同中非排他性权利的影响。技术竞争负向调节技术差距与许可人选择的关系。研究结果拓展了技术许可理论。
