Research on Cohesive and Linkage Mechanism of Electricity Market-Carbon Market-Green Certificate Market

Driven by the dual carbon goal of "carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutralization in 2060", the rapid development of carbon emission trading market and green certificate trading market has become an important starting point for the implementation of carbon emission reduction. With the gradual promotion of carbon emission trading market and green certificate trading market, they will be coupled and linked with the electricity market. Therefore, this paper focuses on the coupling and linkage mechanism of electricity market-carbon emission trading market-green certificate trading market, analyzes the coupling and linkage mode of the three markets, and establishes the coupling and linkage model based on system dynamics. Firstly, we analyze the coupling and linkage mode of the three markets in three aspects: policy, subject and price. Then, based on the theory of system dynamics, the causal loop analysis of three markets is carried out. Finally, the system dynamics simulation equation and stock flow diagram are constructed.
