How to minimize the harm of debris flow to people's lives and property safety is one of the key problems to be solved by the armed police force. In this paper, catastrophe progression and information model are used to determine the evaluation index system of debris flow risk grade, and the two index systems are used to complete the risk equivalent evaluation of debris flow disaster in Qushui county. 摘要

泥石流是中国最常见的地质灾害之一。由于其机制复杂、形成迅速、破坏力大,一旦爆发,将严重威胁人们的生产、生命和财产安全。抢险救灾是武警部队的职责和任务之一。如何将泥石流对人民生命财产安全的危害降到最低,是武警部队要解决的重点问题之一。本文利用灾变级数和信息模型确定了泥石流危险性等级评价指标体系,并利用这两个指标体系完成了曲水县泥石流灾害危险性当量评价。采用比较分析法,找出适合曲水县地理环境特点的风险评价指标体系。
