This paper analyzes the frequency transfer relationship of RDSS/RNSS which is the co-satellite of BeiDou's GEO satellites, establishes the relevant frequency transfer equation, and proposes a satellite clock precision monitoring algorithm using RDSS/RNSS signals' carrier phase combination in the MCS (Master Control Station). The paper verified the method by computer simulation.
