Accordingly, the main hypothesis is that even the most developed countries in the world cannot allocate sufficient financial resources for defence. In the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, as a global challenge to the security of all countries in the world, the main hypothesis has been confirmed. paper pandemic.
