Avaliação de implementação: O caso do Marco Legal da Primeira Infância
This experience report aims to share an evaluation of the implementation of the Marco Legal da Primeira Infância. The study is part of a master’s research already completed, focused on the advances that the law places in relation to children who have their fathers and/or mothers in deprivation of liberty. Thus, it is an experience report that shows how the Legal Framework for Early Childhood and the intersectoriality that it proposes have been considered by actors who work with the theme. The actors considered are four councils: National Council for Social Assistance (CNAS), National Council for Justice (CNJ), National Council for Criminal and Penitentiary Policy (CNPCP) and National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (Conanda). It is understood that there are still several challenges so that the Legal Framework for Early Childhood and intersectoriality are actually taken into account in these spaces - the councils and in their respective deliberations.
