摘要

随着高压直流输电的快速发展,作为高压直流电网的关键设备,DC/DC变换器的研制是目前急需解决的主要技术问题之一。模块化多电平变换器具有扩展灵活、输出电压波形质量高、开关频率低、系统损耗低等特点。由于这些优点,MMC技术在DC/DC变换器中的应用成为近年来的热点。本文首先介绍了MMC的拓扑结构和工作原理,然后总结了基于MMC的各种DC/DC变换器的拓扑结构、工作特点和应用前景。最后指出了MMC-DC/DC变换器今后的研究方向。

A review of DC/DC converter based on MMC
