X city of Bandung. This means that if job satisfaction for employees is high, then work motivation for employees will also be high. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定工作满意度和工作动机对员工简历的影响。万隆X市。本研究的被调查者为CV公司的员工。万隆X市,共70人(男39人,女31人)。在这项研究中使用的抽样技术是使用人口研究。数据收集方法采用谷歌表格形式的问卷调查,使用两种测量工具,即工作满意度测量工具和工作动机测量工具。本研究的数据分析技术采用积矩相关分析。基于数据分析,员工简历的工作满意度与工作动机之间存在正相关关系。万隆X市。这意味着如果员工的工作满意度高,那么员工的工作动机也会高。反之,如果员工的工作满意度低,那么员工的积极性也会低。
