摘要

压电陶瓷超声电机具有时变和高度非线性的特点。输入电压也有饱和。为了减小输入约束非线性饱和对压电陶瓷直线超声电机驱动系统的影响,提出了一种新型的抗卷绕控制器。首先,本研究给出了理论思路和设计方法。最后给出了硬件实验结果,验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明,实验结果与预期相符。
