The national policy clearly supports the development of grid-side functional alternative energy storage, and proposes to explore the possibility of incorporating it into the transmission and distribution price. At present, grid-side functional alternative energy storage is in its initial stage of exploration, and its substitution effect is in urgent need to be further studied. To this end, this paper proposes a method to evaluate the substitution effect of grid-side functional alternative energy storage and applies it in the typical cases of seasonal and temporary load growth to conduct research. It is concluded that for seasonal and temporary load areas, the use of mobile energy storage solution is not as economical as line transformation when only taking into account the single-application scenario of dealing with seasonal load every year. 摘要

电网侧功能性替代储能在电力系统中发挥着特殊的作用。国家政策明确支持电网侧功能性替代储能的发展,并提出探索将其纳入输配电价的可能性。目前,电网侧功能性替代储能正处于探索的初级阶段,其替代效果亟待进一步研究。为此,本文提出了一种评价电网侧功能性替代储能替代效果的方法,并将其应用于季节性和临时性负荷增长的典型案例进行研究。得出结论:对于季节性和临时负荷区,仅考虑每年处理季节性负荷的单一应用场景,使用移动储能方案不如线路改造经济。随着储能成本的降低和移动储能设备的多维度应用,移动储能是解决这些地区电力供应问题的重要选择。
