摘要

本文主张综合考虑DC-DC高开关频率反激变换器的开关损耗、导通损耗和变换器主开关栅电荷损耗,建立DC-DC高开关频率反激变换器的综合损耗模型。在这方面,设想了一个随开关参数变化的显著损耗机制。有效损耗计算对确定变换器的性能起着重要的作用,可以用简单的经验方程来证明。最后,对反激变换器的主要损耗以及栅极电荷进行了简单的说明,以提高反激电路的整体性能和损耗建模。由于上述巨大的损耗,反激变换器用于低功率工业应用。
