摘要

教学能力评价管理是学校制定的人才培养目标的主要部分,本文结合课堂教学能力评价的实践,研究分析了评价指标体系的设计、支持向量机理论、增量学习等关键技术;建立了基于TSVM的教学能力评价模型,并将其应用到学校教学能力评价体系中。实验研究表明,该模型能获得较理想的结果。
