Students can learn new words and texts through animation, and read the text with standard pronunciation, so as to achieve high quality preview of new knowledge before class. Students can practice by themselves through various forms of exercises to consolidate, expand and improve what they learn in class after class; Teachers design teaching activities according to students’ learning dynamic, and students’ learning situation is timely fed back by teachers’ intelligent app before class. It is not only conducive to improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching but also can solve the problem that primary school students in ethnic minority areas of southern Xinjiang have no guardian at home. By use of the educational APP, teaching and learning can be happened in and out of the classroom and the intelligent system can become an effective tool to stimulate students’ self-initiative in learning. The educational APP is also a partner for students’ independent learning. It’s a helper for students’ self-evaluate and it’s good for teachers to keep track of students’ learning dynamic situation in time.
