摘要

三电平中性点箝位(NPC)逆变器广泛应用于新能源发电、电机驱动等诸多场合。然而,NPC逆变器中性点电压不平衡会影响逆变系统的输出,中性点电压的控制已成为研究热点。本文提出了一种基于补偿电压注入的中性点电压平衡方法,通过控制开关周期中性点电流,实现中性点电压自平衡。建立了MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型,验证了该方法的有效性,仿真结果表明,通过注入补偿电压消除了调制波引起的中性点电压低频波动,高频波动幅度小于低频波动的5%。
