Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Taman Kanak-Kanak Se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Mei-Juni 2021. Dengan jumlah populasi 52 orang guru. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. \nHasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial media pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial kinerja kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan media pembelajaran, kompetensi guru dan kinerja kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. \n \nThis study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of learning media on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency (2) the partial influence of teacher competence on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency (3) the partial effect of performance principals on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency (4) the simultaneous influence of learning media, teacher competence and principal's performance on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency \nThe research approach used is an explanatory quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Kindergartens throughout the Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency. The time of the study was carried out from May to June 2021. With a population of 52 employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh secara parsial media pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (2) pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (3) pengaruh secara parsial kinerja kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (4) pengaruh secara simultan media pembelajaran, kompetensi guru dan kionerja kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar
Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Taman Kanak-Kanak Se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Mei-Juni 2021. Dengan jumlah populasi 52 orang guru. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial media pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial kinerja kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan media pembelajaran, kompetensi guru dan kinerja kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Bontoharu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar.
