All this can be achieved by implementing the Blockchain Technology into the traditional Electronic Health Records. We propose a blockchain technology based Electronic Health Record portal for patients, doctors, and other users to provide temper proof, secure, and efficient access to health records while maintaining the privacy of patient’s health records.
