摘要

随着数字中国的发展,勘察设计行业积极探索和实践新的设计模式,以满足智能建筑设计服务数字化管理的需求。本文结合国内某航空枢纽项目不同设施不同设计模式的实践,以及国内外建筑设计模式的现状,分析并发现了基于bim的三维协同设计模式的影响因素,通过探讨基于bim的三维设计模式的现状和客观情况,对三维协同设计模式未来发展的可能性提出了相关建议。为行业施工管理团队选择合适的基于bim的3D设计模式和乙方负责工程设计服务采购的重点提供参考。
