The developed criterion can take values in the range from zero to one, the more the criterion numerical value approaches one, the less the object state probability of deviation from the norm. The results of the experimental studies and application of the proposed criteria-based assessment methodology are presented on the example of the occurrence of short-circuited turns in the winding of an asynchronous electric motor.
