The perceived problems are the lack of readiness of the teacher in preparing the material, the difficulty of changing the habits of the students, and the difficulty of networking during learning. This study aims to determine the success and the factors that influence the use of information technology during distance learning in Islamic boarding schools. The research object chosen is the Insan Pratama Islamic boarding school. The researcher used the Delone & Mclean (2003) model as the main model by adding the user characteristics variable. The results of this study indicate that 9 out of 11 hypotheses are accepted.
