摘要

利用高压输电线路故障电流信号的暂态信息进行暂态保护是电力系统保护的新方向。根据高压传输线和母线电容对高频电流暂态的衰减作用,分析了区内故障和区外故障时传输线两端电流暂态的差异,并以此推导了暂态电流含量比(TCCR)。提出了基于暂态的TCCR保护判据,给出了保护整定原则。利用电流瞬态的小波模极大值来计算TCCR。采用100kHz采样率对不同故障进行了EMTP仿真,对保护判据进行了测试和分析。实践证明,该保护准则简单可靠,具有全线保护作用。
