摘要

本研究以西加里曼丹大学讲师为研究对象,以工作动机为中介,检验与分析工作与生活平衡对工作满意度的影响。本研究采用的研究方法是定量研究。使用的方法是调查法,向西加里曼丹的100名讲师分发问卷;然后用结构方程模型(SEM)方法对数据进行处理。数据分析结果在Smart Pls 4.0的帮助下进行。研究结果表明:工作与生活的平衡影响工作动机;工作动机影响工作满意度,工作与生活平衡在工作动机的完全中介作用下影响工作满意度。
