Combine with Six time voltage booster units and three-level structure, a new step-up converter is presented in this paper. In this circuit configuration, based on an interleaved parallel boost structure, voltage stress across the main switch is reduced and voltage booster units is utilized to elevate voltage transfer gain of this converter. In addition, the interleaved parallel structure is contribute to decrease the ripple current and the size of filter, increase the power density, and also the two-phase interleaved structure realizes internal current sharing without using any additional embedded equalizing current circuit. In this paper, derivation process of circuit configuration, working principle, and performance analysis are given. 摘要

低纹波电流和高升压比的升压变换器是可再生能源应用中所需要的。结合六倍电压升压单元和三电平结构,提出了一种新型升压变换器。在该电路配置中,基于交错并联升压结构,降低了主开关上的电压应力,并利用升压单元来提高变换器的电压传递增益。此外,交错并联结构有助于减小纹波电流和滤波器尺寸,提高功率密度,并且两相交错结构实现内部电流共享而无需额外嵌入均衡电流电路。文中给出了电路结构的推导过程、工作原理和性能分析。最后,基于实验样机的电路描述了结果和讨论。
