The first step was the definition of the work methodology, as already mentioned adopting good practices of the CMMI quality model. It continues with the definition and integration of the collegiate body who play the role of expert leaders in their work areas and define the characteristics that form the integrating project. Finally, work teams were formed for the implementation of the methodology in a real scenario, supported by technological tools to facilitate its management.
