In the meantime, fatigue tests of 20 automatic slack adjusters are carried out on the fatigue test bench to verify the conclusion of the structural mechanics model. 摘要

自动松弛调节器矩形离合器弹簧的失效直接影响到自动松弛调节器的工作。根据自动松弛调节器矩形离合器弹簧的工作原理和机械结构,建立了其结构力学模型。并将该结构力学模型上传到ANSYS Workbench有限元分析系统,对矩形离合器弹簧的疲劳寿命进行预测。有限元分析结果表明,在制动载荷作用下,矩形离合器弹簧的疲劳寿命为2.0403×105周。同时,在疲劳试验台上对20个自动松弛调节器进行了疲劳试验,验证了结构力学模型的结论。试验结果表明,矩形离合器弹簧的平均疲劳寿命为1.9101×105,符合ANSYS Workbench有限元分析系统的有限元分析结果。
