摘要

基于中国30个省区2003-2009年的面板数据，采用DEA Malmquist指数模型对中国区域创新中的知识共享效率进行了评价。结果表明，6个区域的知识共享效率均有所提高。与此同时，由于西部地区的后发优势，使得西部地区知识共享过程的技术效率快速增长，从而能够更快地获取和吸收知识。支持机构与地方产业之间跨部门协作和知识转移的跨组织激励机制在技术效率方面表现不理想。
