摘要

弱电网下线路距离长,系统容量大,电网运行状态变化时电网阻抗增大,导致STATCOM不稳定甚至停机。为此,本文提出了中性点箝位(NPC)三电平STATCOM对线路阻抗快速响应的最优控制策略。一方面,通过建立系统的数学模型,分析了系统的运行特性;另一方面,通过引入带线阻抗的锁相环扰动项,建立了适用于弱电网的系统模型,研究了线阻抗对系统的影响,并采用滤波差分控制器对线阻抗进行快速响应,提高了系统的鲁棒性。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的有效性。
