本文对俄罗斯农业生产者国家支持存在的主要问题进行了梳理，并在此基础上提出了解决问题的途径。对俄罗斯联邦农工综合体的价格、税收、信贷和投资政策方面的现行农业立法进行了分析。已经制定了国家农业政策的主要原则，包括国家行政机关和各地区农业生产者之间相互作用的原则。
