摘要

随着信息技术的不断发展,电子商务已进入“智能电子商务”阶段,酒店业也在积极与电子商务融合,实现产业结构的优化升级。本文从电子商务在武汉主城区经济型连锁酒店中的应用入手,构建TAM模型,通过问卷调查的方式对经济型连锁酒店的消费者行为进行分析。根据研究结果,本文认为经济型酒店应从减少对OTA平台的依赖、加强酒店网站建设、提高酒店信息管理能力、制定合理的价格策略四个方面完善酒店电子商务的发展。
