摘要

讨论了粉末冶金法制备铁基软磁非晶磁芯的各种固结技术。本研究采用冷压法制备了添加坡莫合金粉末的FeSiB非晶粉芯。报道了坡莫合金粉末对磁导率、矫顽力和涡流损耗等高频磁性能的影响。从压实芯的SEM横截面图可以看出,坡莫合金粉末在冷压过程中发生了塑性变形,这有助于非晶粉末芯的压实。

Effects of the Addition of Permalloy Powder on the High-Frequency Magnetic Properties of Fe-based Amorphous Powder Cores
