摘要

利用建立的省域物流发展评价指标体系，采用非线性主成分分析法对黑龙江省物流服务体系现状进行评价，定量分析了不同地区物流服务体系的水平。提出黑龙江省境内物流发展可划分为哈大齐、哈木绥和佳木斯城市群三个主要物流区域。最后，根据它们的不同特点，制定了相应的发展战略。
