摘要

本试验旨在研究添加不同水平的硫酸锌精料和异铜锌精料对饲喂高阴蒂混合青贮的卡仓山羊能量利用的影响。选用12只平均体重14.4 kg、变异系数14.93%的卡仓公山羊进行试验。试验方法采用分组随机设计,4个处理,3个重复。处理分别为:T1:高粱-阴蒂混合青贮,不加精料;T2;T3和T4为高粱-阴蒂混合青贮,分别添加10%、20%和30%含150 mg硫酸锌精料和2%异铜锌精料。测定的参数为能量消耗、能量消化率和血糖浓度。结果表明,添加不同水平的硫酸锌和异铜锌精料均提高了仔猪的能量消耗和消化率,提高了血糖浓度。由此可见,添加硫酸锌和异铜锌的精料量对能量消耗有影响,而对能量消化率和血糖浓度无影响。其中,硫酸锌和纯锌铜精矿含量在20%以上时达到最高水平。
