By means of dynamic simulation, different frequency control scheme were compared and analysis. The veracity of simulation model was confirmed with the actuarial ship experiment result. 摘要

中央海水冷却系统的优化设计是船舶节能减排的重要手段之一。结合中央冷却系统的工作方案,建立了系统数学模型,利用ISIGHT软件建立了系统仿真和优化环境。为了满足更高的船舶能耗标准,在系统设计中采用了变频技术。通过动态仿真,对不同频率控制方案进行了比较和分析。通过船舶精算实验结果验证了仿真模型的准确性。单船仿真结果表明:变频海水泵能全面降低能耗,显著提高工作负荷变化大、频繁的多用途船舶的经济性;为了实现最大的节能,必须根据不同的系统配置确定优化的频率控制策略。
