Nurses with high job satisfaction will improve their quality of life for the better. The method used in this research is correlational analytics. With a total sample of 30 respondents with a total sampling technique. The results showed that most respondents had good interpersonal relations of 24 respondents (80%). And most respondents had good job satisfaction as many as 23 respondents (76.70%). From the test results using the Spearman's rho test, the value of p <0.05 is p = 0,000 which means that there is an interpersonal relationship with the job satisfaction of nurses in ICU RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang. With the better interpersonal relationships people are more open to express themselves, so the more effective the ongoing communication. As members of the nursing profession, nurses must be able to collaborate with colleagues to improve the quality of nursing services. 摘要

影响护士工作满意度的因素之一是护士与同伴、患者和周围环境的人际关系。工作满意度高的护士,其生活质量会得到改善。本研究使用的方法是相关分析。采用全抽样技术,共抽样30名受访者。结果显示,24名受访者(80%)的人际关系良好。大多数受访者对工作满意,多达23人(76.70%)。从Spearman’s rho检验的检验结果来看,p <0.05的值为p = 0000,说明RSUD ICU护士工作满意度与Haryoto Lumajang博士存在人际关系。人际关系越好,人们就越愿意表达自己,因此持续的沟通也就越有效。作为护理专业的一员,护士必须能够与同事合作,以提高护理服务的质量。护士必须能够在工作环境中与所有护士培养良好的关系,必须相互尊重和高度宽容,从而在医院创造工作满意度
