As a result for perfection of structurally-regime parameters of the hauling field energy the concept of virtual mobile energymeans (МEM) and criteria of his efficiency are set forth. For the ground of perspective ways, methods and receptions of increase of ecological efficiency of MEM determination of meaningfulness of influence of each offers of structurally-regime parameters on the index of the affecting on the soil \"U\" with the use of derivative of first-order. Coefficients allowing to estimate ecological and power efficiency of the МТА in technology on exceeding of level of the mechanical affecting on the soil are presented. The algorithm of choice of model row of tractors is worked out in a certain hauling class on the level of making more compact influence of the МТА.
