Track template a-SiO2/Si-n was obtained by irradiation with ions xenon with an energy of 200 MeV, with fluences of 107–108 ions/cm2. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that ZnSe2O5 nanocrystals have an orthorhombic crystal structure, the space group is Pbcn (60). The average unit cell parameters were: a = 6.80307 A; b = 10.35266 A; c = 6.14842 A.The results on the formation of zinc diselenide nanocrystals by the method of electrochemical deposition on the track template a-SiO2/Si-n are presented.
