摘要

提出了风电综合系统长期发电计划与短期发电计划的协调方法。长期调度主要解决机组检修调度和周间能量分配问题,短期调度主要解决机组承诺和小时输出问题。为了应对风电和负荷需求的高度不确定性,根据更新的负荷和风电预测结果,每周实施动态滚动发电调度。采用改进的IEEE 118总线系统对该模型进行了测试。
