For this purpose, a systematic literature review of 1023 scientific articles were carried out. With the results of 42 selected articles, a website was developed based on the SCRUM methodology, which integrates OAs oriented to the use of ICT tools to contribute to virtual education generated by the global crisis of the pandemic by the COVID-19.
