In the report, the proof of the existence of integral transformation of one-dimension variate is presented. Conditions of existence and properties of stochastic spectra are shown. The pare of integral transformations conduct stochastic spectra. In the paper, we present properties of characteristic sets of combinations and compositions of independent fluctuating originals.
