The object of this study is the Company sub-sector Property and Real Estate listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015. The research design used is a comparative causal research. Sampling in this research is done by using purposive sampling technique. From the method obtained 35 companies that meet the criteria of a total of 47 companies during the observation period 2015. Data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test.
