The triggering of the method depend on the intervention of an expert, such as a specialist in nuclear medicine. Our contribution is made obvious here through referring to the adaptive threshold relying on the calculation of the gradients histogram and thus accurately detecting the places of the region of interest. The adaptive threshold will be the average of the histogram of the matrix of the calculated gradients.
