摘要

提出了一种基于s变换和小波变换的并网风电系统电压暂降、电压膨胀、瞬时中断、陷波和振荡暂态等电能质量扰动的检测方法。用共耦合点的电压信号检测干扰。利用s变换优良的时频分辨特性检测各种电能质量扰动。仿真结果清楚地反映了s变换在噪声条件下对电能质量事件的定位和检测方面优于小波变换的优点。
