摘要

在现代安全保障体系中,应急物资保障是重要的组成部分。为保障战时、重大自然灾害和突发疫情中必需生活物资和专有物资的供应,各国都采取了相应措施。应急物流体系是保证应急物资顺利、及时分配的必要条件。本文运用复杂网络理论,研究了考虑物资需求、物资制造商和原材料资源供应商的三层应急物流系统的主要统计特征,为优化应急物流系统的资源配置和抗破坏能力提供参考。
