This acknowledgment is reinforced by Article 28H paragraph (1) which states that everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to have a place to live, to have a good and healthy environment and to receive health services. Moving on from there the author wants to discuss further in the article which will discuss how to regulate children's rights in obtaining health services and what is the role of the government in obtaining health services for children.
