Here, S1 regions of spike gene from 63 selected strains were clustered along with 24 references. We found that these sequences were genetically more diverse through time. Among these strains, G1b and G2b clusters accounted for 4.76% and 95.24%, respectively, namely G2b was the most dominant cluster in Jiangsu Province, China.
