As we know that the computing technology is developing, so it may be useful to mobile gadgets, wireless, and wireline developments, with various stages i.e., software stage and hardware stage, situated at the edge of network in the neighborhood of user-agents. This manuscript provides a comprehensive review of MEC framework, related literature studies, and the development of technology in the MEC area. The framework of the MEC paradigm describes the definition of MEC, its architecture, and the related study of offloading mechanism and area of the applications.
