摘要

运动目标检测是智能视频监控系统的重要组成部分,其中背景差分法和帧间差分法是最常用的两种方法。本文分析了这两种方法的原理和算法,并在OpenCV开源平台上实现了程序仿真。实验结果表明,这两种方法都能实时检测视频中的运动目标,在区域监控的智能管理中有更广泛的应用。

Research and Application of Moving Target Detection
