摘要

随着知识经济时代的到来,知识管理将成为提高组织竞争力的重要而有效的战略工具,知识管理绩效评价是知识管理过程的重要组成部分,是了解企业知识管理水平的重要途径。本文在总结国内外研究现状和相关参考文献的基础上,提出了知识管理绩效评价指标体系,建立了基于灰色评价法和层次分析法相结合的知识管理绩效评价模型(Grey-AHP),并进行了实例研究。实例表明:灰色层次分析法能较好地进行评价。
