The terminal of current output possesses level of high-impedance that could be directly connected to the next stage without using buffer circuits. The frequency of oscillation and condition of oscillation could be controlled electronically and orthogonally by setting the bias currents. The oscillator that was proposed has been used to apply for an amplitude modulation signal generator. 摘要
