摘要

船桥碰撞风险的研究一直是学术界研究的一个重要课题。然而,从桥梁全生命周期的角度对船桥碰撞风险的研究很少被提及。基于协同理论,提出了“桥船共同安全”的概念,构建了解决桥船碰撞问题的高层协同平台。本文通过对环境、船舶、桥梁等子系统相互作用关系的分析,给出了系统的设计方案。本文提出了基于协同理论的船桥碰撞风险分析方法,该方法采用序参量,包括船桥碰撞概率和桥梁倒塌概率。最后,以兰江香女大桥工程为例进行了论证。利用序参量和协同度对桥梁的风险进行了评价。结果表明,该模型能较好地反映船桥碰撞风险,对丰富船桥避碰理论,落实“船桥共同安全”理念具有重要的科学意义和学术价值。
